I would assume theyre already good quality bc they are speakers that came installed in a BMW, but I do not know anything about speakers or sound quality. Of course i can always get better quality speakers, but would it be worth it if I spent $150-$200 to replace them?

If you are planning on keeping your original CD player in there, I would say it is not worth your time or money replacing the speakers. Factory CD players generally don’t have enough power to run aftermarket speakers efficently. Couple things I’d reccomend:

2. If you are just looking for more volume, consider adding a small single subwoofer in the trunk. Single 10″ sub, or a single 12″ sub.
3. Consider that if the 325i has a “Harmon Kardon” stereo system, it is amplified and will need to be bypassed if you change your original stereo.

Actually, all BMW systems are amplified since the late 80’s. Most have multi-channel amps built by Philips with electronic crossovers for each speaker. If you have 10 speakers, there is a 10-channel amp.
