The sports taking the United Kingdom by storm today is no other than ten-pin bowling. It is a sport in which the player, also called the ?bowler? rolls the bowling ball down a synthetic or wooden lane with the main aim of scoring as many points as possible by knocking down the white pins at the end of the lane. This is played by simply knocking down the white pins in ten frames. The frames 1 to 9 include only one roll, while the tenth frame is usually composed up to a total of three rolls as possible.

This sport is perfectly designed and intended for those who want to relax, to unwind, to have fun, and to exercise as well that will give the body a good shape. So, if you feel stressed or exhausted after a hard day?s work, why not have fun here? There are lots of bowling alleys which will cater your needs. They will give you the perfect service you have always been wanting of.

There are lots of bowling alleys waiting for you just around the corner. Usually, these bowling alleys are not just the places for bowling because they also serve the food you want, they have also got bars, facilities equipment and facilities supplies.

Don?t let stress and exhaustion ruin your whole day. The next time these attack your body and mind, the best place for you to go is in a bowling alley where you can always play ten-pin bowling and be happy.

Music: The Art of Inexpressible Cosmic Therapy Glory!

Exhaustion occurs when one loses touch with his counterpoint. “IT’S” all about flowing into/with the sensual sonorous sound soliciting you. A continuous melodious rhythm resonates in perfect unison (including all dissonance) within you at all times. In order to maintain, preserve and (execute without tiring) your personal strength, you are commanded to learn the life rejuvenating rhythm of that passionate song. No other song will suffice. The shock-absorbing song imbues you with a sense of recognition, realization and reclamation that everything is alright, ALL RIGHT, no matter how outer circumstances appear. You are given quick glimpses every now and again, to reset your barometer if it has inadvertently wandered off course. In order for your soul to flourish in this life, you must repeatedly check your inner thermostat to gauge if you have ?frozen up? or are ?boiling over?. This inner cosmic temperature has nothing to do with outer events. Though it does encompass, it is not tied to personal relationships, finances or emotional dilemmas. Your undue concern regarding these matters does not influence it.

The cosmic ?set point? determines the ‘level of lyrical indication’ for you to allow natural ONENESS with your life. It will not ever coerce, force or solicit your approval or partnership. The acknowledgement of invitation comes by and through sacred appreciation, only! In other words, when you are cosmically ready to receive more insight into yourself and circumstances you will. How receptive and accepting you are at any moment determines the real artistic quality you possess necessary for evolvement. You remain wherever you are until you are capable of turning the corner into unadulterated sagacity. In order to turn this unabated corner, you will be confronted with a deluge of unsettling emotions. These unadorned emotions trigger reset buttons continuously, using up the available energy. In other words, constant bickering depletes your storehouse of energy when not properly assessed or understood.

Rage can be used constructively if channeled properly. (Certainly not against yourself or the other) Rage clears debris and removes blockages. Rage does serve a useful function, but only when one understands that rage is sacred repressed creative musical energy. The misdirected form it chooses to take will be to signal undisclosed elements of your personality needing artistic expression. These are latent talents surfacing in distorted ways. While you may think you are busily engaged in many projects and relationships that are stimulating and gratifying, none are. Without your conscious elevated musical participation, nothing feeds the soul or interests ?IT? in the least. You are only placating your time, pacifying your mind, numbing your body with superficial distractions. That?s why you are tired, bored, restless, and exhausted.

You have misplaced your innate momentum because the direction in which you were headed is shut down. Why do you suppose this is so? It?s time to ?turn the corner.? STOP SPINNING WHEELS! If YOU can but recognize this temporary turbulence as the doorway into something altogether different but more in line with your personal celestial symphony, more vivacious contributory musical energy will re-surge. You must accept the cosmic truth: You are being guided, gently nudged, to redirect your path; find another solution. Stop banging your head against the wall in an effort to continue with your preconceived desired plans. Another door of opportunity stands visible in plain sight but you are too tired to see it. You have allowed yourself to become anesthetized, while at the same time trying to present an interested persona. Give it up!

. You expend so much precious vital energy trying to convince yourself that the project, person, issue, or plan is really worth your time, investment, and attention. Wrong. No such boat. You soul KNOWS and will not settle for anything less than ultimate ?natural and convenient? pleasure at all costs. The question lies before you: IS what you?re presently involved in worth it to you? Are you having fun: the time of your life? Since THESE are the days of your life you?re exchanging. Or, are you so focused on the outcome that you have lost sight of how much energy you are investing and not paying attention to how exhausted you?ve become? Look at the lines in your face. Do you smile less? When is the last time you laughed out loud? Hard!!! Do you really care about what you?re doing; does it MATTER? Are you living the result or are you waiting for one?

Nothing comes without chains, shackles, inconsistent demands when one has to strive so wretchedly for its attainment. Consequence: LOST youth {innocence}! It is no different than being addicted to a harmful deadly drug of some sort. The person is not free to act on his own accord. He is driven mercilessly to struggle and achieve. Achieve what? {IF you?re too tired to enjoy the fruits of your labor?} WORK is indeed true joy but not if you don?t LOVE the work. So big deal IF you secure the most, best, fastest, shiniest, prettiest, richest goal offered, what then? ??what profit a man if he gains the whole world if he loses his soul?? Forget the weight of absolution involved in one?s character, demeanor and pronouncement while in dark pursuit of a meaningless goal. He experiences a feeling of being slimed, weighed down, and ferociously obstructed in a tangled netted weave of fibroid tissue. {Not unlike strangling, drowning or suffocating}The more he tries to accomplish the further behind he gets. Mistakes, miscalculations, accidents invade his space and mind.

Angered and unmotivated, he spouts off in short-tempered stints of foul-mouthed derisions. {Blaming others for his own state of unhappiness and discontent.} What viable measures can he take to get loose from this awful web of self-created despair? To restore vital life supporting exhilarating robust energy? Refuse to move frantically or hurridly. Walk slower; observe the trees, birds singing, colors in the sky. Lower the tone of his voice. {Save it for singing} Under no circumstance is he to engage in another ‘act of kindness’ unless it is completely ‘natural and convenient’ for him to do. Do no favors. Don?t utter another negative sound. If prompted to respond hatefully, smile and laugh until inner resolve shows up. Decrease the bulk of meals; eliminate excessive talking, refuse to be on 24 hour call. Say ?NO,? even though it makes him feel uncomfortable. Do not comment on petty matters though accustomed by habit to do so. Limit phone conversations to 3 minutes. Be aware of sensations when talking. Drink lots of water.Take an Epsom salt and rosemary bath with a lighted pink candle once a week for 6 weeks. Write. Draw. Sing. Dance. LISTEN to MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hum while driving, walking, cleaning, working, showering. Sing some more. Go to the movies. Eat Cotton Candy; Ice Cream, chew some bubble gum. Whatever brings back that sense of joy and freedom without neurotic fretting worry of what it will do to him IF he does that! Bury him in isolated {meditation} unceasing prayer while awake until the burst of effervescent artistic creation explodes in full musical splendor. Breathe deeply and sensually.Get into the closet if he must to implore himself for the release of his self-contained stubbornness, delinquent attitude of change and refusal to submit to the turning of the corner. Listen for and turn up the saxophone to squeal out any hint of exhaustion that is draining him. Fling the windows of his heart and mind open to let Cosmic Divine Rapturous Unending Musical Pleasure into his soul!

Many people come to me complaining that they’re tired, exhausted, unable to find balance in their life. Some have incredibly busy schedules and others live a life of casual leisure. Yet, both are exhausted. I also know people who have either busy or leisurely schedules who are not tired, they are full of energy and rarely, if ever, tire. What’s the difference?

I’ve discovered that those in the chronically tired camp live ’should be’ lives. They fear they are not good, smart, talented or whatever enough to live life centered in the truth of who they are, on their terms so they adopt a way of life that meets with who they think they’re supposed to be, what they’re supposed to do and have. One can get very good at living a ’should be’ life but it is exhausting. I takes a lot of work to live contrary to your natural preferences and talents; against your purpose. It is a life spent swimming upstream – and that’s exhausting!

“Fear is static that prevents me from hearing myself.” Samuel Butler

Those who live authentically, aligned with their purpose, enjoy a seemingly inexhaustible source of energy. Aligned with purpose, energy is always there to do whatever inspires you. You never get tired, and each day is met with a sense of joy. No matter how busy, days unfold effortlessly, a flow with the stream of life.

If you are exhausted, too tired to create you are really stuck in Finding Excuses And Reasons (F.E.A.R.) why you cannot honor and give voice to your authentic self, your purpose and unique abilities that are your birthright. If you are giving power to that monkey minded Inner Critic chatter telling you that you cannot do or express what your heart is calling you to create you deplete your energy source, your Inner Being, Higher Self or what I playfully call the Wizard within. If you think too much and fail to take action, fear makes its home within you. You become exhausted as you work against your natural flow. You stand still in your journey to actualize and express your full potential.

“The more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, the more energy you will have.” – Norman Vincent Peale

Go from tired to inspired by giving power to the Inner Being voice within you. This is the voice that knows you by heart, knows your personal passions and greatest desires. Ask what your Inner Being wants to do and create and take one step in that direction. Then take another step. And another. Soon you will be living your life authentically, in alignment with what you are here to be, do and have. You will have turned around to flow easily with the stream instead of paddling exhaustively against it.

“I’m so tired, but I can’t sleep…standing on the edge of something much too deep…funny how I feel so much but cannot say a word…we are screaming inside, oh, but we can’t be heard…so afraid to love you, more afraid to lose…clinging to a past” – Sarah McLachlan

It seems that every time I turn on the radio or television these days, you hear people talking about the American economy in a negative way.

What’s interesting is that some self-employed professionals are ready to close their business due to the economy, while other global entrepreneurs couldn’t be happier. While I am not an economist or an accountant (I have team members that handle all that financial forecasting ’stuff’ for me), I do know one important fact that most 6 and 7 figure entrepreneurs live by. In America, the economy is the same for everyone; it’s how you persevere and seek out fun activities that determine how successful your business will be. Perseverance and creativity can turn a small investment into a huge fortune.

And this is exactly what millionaire author, Jack Canfield has been teaching for years. E + R = O (Events + Responses = Outcome) The basic idea here is that is that every outcome you experience in your business life (whether it’s wealth or poverty, fun or frustration) is the result of how you have responded to an earlier event (or events) in your business life. So, are you having fun today? If not, here’s something I’d like you to try: turn away from this eZine, and go do something fun for 15 minutes. I don’t care what it is. Login to a funny website, watch a hilarious DVD, go play with your pet, or call a friend who always lifts your spirits. Even funnier yet: pull out your high-school yearbook and look at the hairstyles and clothing that you and your friends were wearing. Remember that? When life was fun? Go do it now. Fifteen short minutes. I’ll still be here.

You back? You in a better mood yet? Good. If you had trouble coming up with a fifteen-minute fun activity, or had to stretch to find that happy memory, then you are teetering on the edge of burn-out and exhaustion my friend. And exhaustion is not client attractive. One of the very first things you gotta get straight in your head is: clients are attracted to optimists. Clients want to hear how you persevered through this economy, and that your business is now stronger as a result. They want you to be a beacon of hope. Hope is very client attractive.

Here is what I have learned from top 6 and 7 figure income earners: Great small business marketing means working smart, not working hard. Savvy business owners love shortcuts that work, love to use systems, love to delegate, and they love life. They love people, and use money. Not the other way around. It’s a cruel joke to think that that money will bring you happiness. Money was never intended to bring you happiness; money only brings comfort. Getting those two confused will lead you towards exhaustion. So…tomorrow morning when you begin this entrepreneurial gig all over again, I want you to have a happy memory to indulge in for fifteen minutes. Cherish that memory throughout the day. And get your butt in gear creating more of them. Okay? Now let’s get going on creating the business of your dreams.

Here are four steps to help you persevere, increase your small business creativity, and attract more ideal clients:

* Avoid the “rut thinking” that happens as we get older. Humans operate 92% on autopilot, and only 8% consciously. Sadly, those entrepreneurs among us who are suffering economically have developed a herd mentality. When presented with a problem, they tend to go with the first thought that pops into their head because that is what everyone in their industry is doing.

* Determine what will make you happy. Once you discover what makes you happy, and for some folks this is going to take a lot of research by consciously living their life, then you go for it as if your life depended on it.

* Set aside a time each week to generate ideas, and a completely different time to evaluate each idea. Don’t mix the two, or you may be killing those ideas before you know what they might grow up to be.

* Risk being silly. What might be considered silliness when juxtaposed against the serious job of building a small business – humor, giving a child piggyback rides, or finger painting – might actually work to loosen you up in times of stress. After all, it takes a lot of passion to act silly – and to create a thriving company where you work less, and make more money.

One of the biggest blocks stopping you from getting your house decluttered is the mental stumbling that you have. You know, the one where you look at the mess your house is in and feel exhausted. This is the habit of most clutter bugs and something that will stop them from even starting the decluttering process. This means that it is a decluttering pitfall, so watch out.

Personally speaking, this mental apathy and the exhaustion you feel, both equate to procrastination. You take one look at the clutter and do everything in your power to not declutter.

The last thing that you want do is to tackle this overwhelmingly large project, and besides where would you start and when would it all end?

There?s nothing more exhausting for a clutter bug than going through the list of things that needs to be done. Just sorting through the clutter in your mind is something along the lines of a Herculean effort and when you even think about applying all that physical energy you become exhausted.

So how do you get over it? A little will power and a bribe usually works best! Yes, you will probably have to bribe yourself with the promise of that little something you?ve been denying yourself for sometime now. It?s always that first little spurt of getting yourself going that takes the most energy. It?s actually a law of physics I think, Newton?s first law to be exact.

To get a stationary object (that?s you), to move, a force will first need to be applied to it (that?s your will power). Once started, the object will then continue until another force is exerted to stop it. I think that I?ve mangled the actual words but the sentiment still remains. To get yourself started on decluttering you will need to have a kick start, but once you start you will most likely find that you like the results and continue for a goodly while.

For most people however, the kick start comes in the form of a shock, or a need of some sort. They needed to be jolted out of their complacency before they can even begin to contemplate decluttering. In my case it took breaking my leg and having to live with my clutter surrounding me in all its glory. Oh, and in earlier days, it was the thought of my mother coming over! The whole bribing myself thing didn?t work for me, because I ultimately ended up getting my bribe without doing the work!

Call mental exhaustion what you will: dead head, study head, sleepy head, brain drain. It’s the numb feeling that swells deep inside the cavity your brain. I know the feeling firsthand. As a Radio-TV-Film major attending college, I get it nearly every waking moment on the day before a due date. One of my rituals is writing screenplays, and I really can’t stress to say how often “brain drain” happens. It sneaks up and jabs you square in the skull; and in next to no time you’re about ready to collapse in the throes of Dreamland. It’s as if you were blackballed down a blind alley.

It happens, like that, all the time.

My efforts to combat the problem surfaced only recently, and I say this to emphasize both the ease and the probability of a “cure.” Mental exhaustion sweeps in during times of increased study and concentration. Stress may be a factor, but it surly is not the only cause. As a writer, brain drain always hit whenever I pushed myself to overcome a bout of writer’s block. I would focus intensely for hours at a time. And like an unseen cloud overhead, it would enshroud my skull. My natural instinct would be to plop my head face-down atop the table. The day would go swirling down the drain by the time I woke up.

Needless to say, mental exhaustion can really sap the time out of the day. It may even lead to depression and increased anxiety, but hey, I’m no psychologist. I’m a student, and what I do know is that it’s a big time killer. Sitting down with an open book but a closed mind has to be one of life’s biggest frustrations.

The obvious causes for this kind of dysfunction stem from a lack of sleep and a proper diet, at least for me. Think of your brain as having its own gauge. When you put the pedal to the metal and concentrate in full throttle, the rational diagnosis is that the gauge steadily drops to zero. From that point onward, you’re just grinding gears. To no surprise, the body needs nutrition and rest. Deprive yourself of those two vital components and, well, your influence over your own body will gradually slip away. It’s not a matter of ridding yourself of this mental exhaustion; but on a broader scope, it’s a matter of regaining control over your body.

Good sleep does not necessitate the amount of time slept. It is about knowing your body’s own biological clock. I discovered that not only did I wake up earlier the sooner I went to bed, but I also felt more refreshed throughout the day. Think about it: how much time do you spend awake versus sleep? The two should work toward an ideal balance; otherwise, a large chunk of sleep after a long and tiresome day does not restore the balance. The bottom line is this: a long day that was spent half asleep (we all know those kinds of days), met with an overdue long night of sleep, will not equal a refreshed tomorrow.

Besides taking up a better diet, the other solution is to practice a better study routine. Breaks may seem unprogressive to a study session, but in actuality they are invaluable. Your brain, like your legs, cannot run for so long without slowing down or sitting completely.

Of course, just remember the difference between a break and a distraction…

There are many causes of chronic tiredness. Sometimes it’s obvious, like not getting enough sleep, but other times it can be due to an underlying health issue. Chronic tiredness can be a frustrating condition. There usually isn’t a simple solution to it and any medical tests are likely to come back ‘normal’.

Sunstroke is a very dangerous condition which can be fatal or, at best, can cause permanent damage. This happens when the body’s thermostat fails to work because of overheating. This condition is not just one that occurs from exposure to too much sun but can be caused by extreme heat in any environment, including workplace environments such as steelworks. Although this condition is called sunstroke, it is more apt to call it heatstroke as the real cause is not the sun’s rays but the intense heat produced by the sun.

Dehydration and salt deficiency can cause heat exhaustion. Take time to acclimatise to high temperatures and make sure you get sufficient liquids. Wear loose clothing and a broad-brimmed hat. Do not do anything too physically demanding.

Getting too much sun or being careless around an outside grill can result in summer burns. For minor first degree burns caused by brief contact with a hot object, water or steam, and sunburn, cool the skin by first holding it under running water, then apply a cold pack to numb the pain. If blistering occurs (second or third degree burns) seek medical help.

Drink plenty of cool water to keep yourself hydrated and reduce your body?s core temperature. (Warm water won?t do this, and cold water might be a shock to sensitive systems.) Drink regularly, every hour, even if you don?t feel thirsty. Avoid soft drinks and alcoholic drinks that are actually diuretic and rob your body of the water it desperately needs.

Heat stroke is generally considered when the body core temperature exceeds 40 deg C, and represents a failure of the body?s temperature regulation mechanisms. The person will have experienced the signs of heat exhaustion and may then show signs of decreased sweating, feeling faint or dizzy, mental irritation (confusion, altered consciousness, irrational behavior), and finally collapse.

For every person that has migraines, the results of one person’s symptoms may vary from the next person’s symptoms. Therefore not everyone is doing the same thing in the prevention of migraines. And in some cases as in the topic sunglasses and migraines, some people may have less sensitivity to light as may the next person have more of a sensitivity to noise or with the next person sound.

Heat Rash also can appear as large, reddened areas of skin. Babies and children are also more likely to be affected than adults because of their underdeveloped sweat glands, in which case the rash is commonly found in the nappy area and in the skin folds or on the neck. Heat Rash can also occur in cooler climates when sweating is a problem.

The most important step in preventing heat illness is to hydrate before, during, and after physical activity. Dehydration is common in all heat illnesses. Mild dehydration (2%) can decrease athletic performance as well as decrease the body’s ability to regulate temperature. Thirst in not a good indicator of dehydration, because it is activated when the body is already 2-3% dehydrated. You should drink 8-12 ounces of fluid before exercise, and every 20 minutes during exercise.

It’s not often that we have to worry about sunstroke in this country, but this May, has been the driest on record with record numbers of sun hours. It can be quite easy for fair skinned people to become heat exhausted or get sunstroke.
Sunstroke and heat exhaustion are two similar illnesses caused by the breakdown of different mechanisms in the body.
Sunstroke, also known as heat stroke, occurs when the body?s ability to keep cool malfunctions from long term exposure to direct sun on the head. The result is dangerously high fevers and hot, red, dry skin. The pulse and breathing are very fast due to the high fever. The person feels hot and weak, and the face becomes very red. Headaches, dizziness and dullness signal impending sunstroke. Nausea and vomiting are accompanying symptoms. Sunstroke is a very serious and should be treated as a medical emergency. Take immediate measures to cool the body down. If the temperature is to dangerously high, take care not to allow temperatures to fall too low.
In heat exhaustion, the body collapses due to excessive loss of fluid from sweating too much and drinking too little. It does not necessarily have to be a very sunny day. Unlike sunstroke, the skin is pale, cold and clammy. There is no fever. Blood pressure is low and the pulse slow and weak. Sudden drenching sweats signal the start of heat exhaustion. Anxiety, weakness and fatigue arise long before the collapse, Heat exhaustion is much less serious, and through it should also be carefully monitored.
Both heat exhaustion and sunstroke are easily avoided with simple measures. Intense exercise in the sun and heat can easily lead to exhaustion and heavy sweating. If exercising in the heat cannot be avoided, drinking enough liquids with sufficient minerals, particularly salt, is of utmost importance. I myself, in very hot climates always take
