Breakfast of Zartar


You need to buy Zartar naturally, and it should be found in any Middle-Eastern food shop. Such shops are plentiful around the world.


Since Zartar is consumer by the whole of the Arab community, any of their food shops will have Zartar, or they can tell you where to buy it.


You will need some fresh oriental bread, either leavened or unleavened, some extra virgin olive oil and Zartar. Also, strong black tea or rich sweet coffee can accompany the meal.


You will need two small bowls, one for the oil and one for the Zartar. Place a bit of oil in one and the Zartar in the other.


Now break off a small bit of bread and dip it in the oil, and then quickly to the Zartar. Now eat the bread and chew well. The taste is very distinctive, and pleasant. Have a sip of coffee or tea.


Eat till you half full, and then stop.


In two hours, as the food is digested you will notice your mind is very clear, your memory open, and a new alertness.

was thinking for European cars like Spyker, Ferrari or other cars that have a passion for engineering and performance. Do they need to get another education besides mechanical engineering in undergrad years? I mean not the only the person who puts the car together, but the one who designs the engine and the rest of the car as well.
