Skin Care Cream – 4 Simple Steps to Supercharge Your Skin

25 January 2010 | 2 Comments » | admin

I?ve been around for a long time (not that long though!), and I?ve tried so many different skincare products, concealers, make-ups, you name it.

What I found out was that these kind of products do not really work if they are bad, and if you don?t have your fundamentals in order. If you don?t really know what I am talking about, hear me out on this, I?ll get to it.

We have to choose natural, and effective skin care creams. We also have to eat well, exercise, and drink a lot of water.

With all that said, here are my 4 easy steps to looking awesome:

Cleanser. Choosing a good cleanser is essential, look for a product that has effective proven ingredients like Kaolin, which is a special New Zealand Clay. It absorbs bad things from your skin, and gives you back that youthful look.

Toner. A good toner has to be completely natural, which means that you have to look out for any unnatural ingredients, or chemicals, which can harm your skin in the long-run. A toner should be used after your cleanser, it removes any residue that your cleanser might have left behind.

Skin Care Cream. This is one of the most important steps. Choosing a good natural skin care cream is vital, and I recently found this out myself. I really got serious about what I was using, and I found a lovely company. I have been using their product daily now with extremely good results. Look for ingredients like Cynergy TK, CoQ10, and Phytessence.

Avoid Harmful Ingredients. This repeats what I?ve been saying, but it is so important that I want you to hear it again. Look out for ingredients like parabens, dioxanes, alcohols, and fragrances. They ruin your skin in the long-run, and can even cause health problems such as cancer.

Forex Trading – 4 Simple Ways to Supercharge Your Profits

6 January 2010 | No Comments » | admin

If you are trading forex, you want to make big profits and if you are new or not enjoying the success you want, then these simple forex trading tips will help you increase your profitability.

Some of the tips below are not commonly held beliefs by the majority of forex traders – but don’t let that worry you the majority lose!

Here are your simple ways to supercharge your profits.

1. Learn the 80 – 20 Rule

If you don’t know what it is then in essence its 80% of your results come from just 20% of your efforts.

In marketing many sales forces see 20% of their clients produce 80% of their revenue; forex trading is similar and for most traders the next statement is true:

80% of your profits come from 20% of your trades.

The fact is many traders trade to much – don’t make this mistake!

Be patient and wait for the best opportunities.

There is no correlation between trading frequency and profits.

Trade less. I know traders who make 100% + annual profits and trade less than once a month.

2. Load The Trade

I hear a lot about risking just 2% if your equity – ok if your trading a seven figure sum – but for smaller traders, taking such a small risk means their guaranteed to be stopped out by normal volatility.

If you have a trade that looks good, load it up.

Risk 10 – 20% and go for it.

This is not being rash, its taking a calculated risk, when the odds are in your favour. Better to trade one great trade and risk more, than risk less on marginal trades, where you’re almost guaranteed to lose.

3. Don’t Diversify

Diversification is the buzz word of the investment community, it can cut risk but it also cuts profits to.

Again the small trader (under $100,000) shouldn’t bother, just pay attention to points 1 and 2!

4. Don’t Trail Stops to Quickly!

A common error. If you do this you will NEVER get a big forex trend profit.

I see people looking for 10 and 20 pips -compete waste of time. When I trade I go for at least a few hundred and on a big trend can bank a 1,000.

I am prepared to trail my stop way behind volatility, that short term can drop my equity – but I have my eyes on the bigger prize.

I use a 40 day moving average a lot of the time and don’t mind giving a bit back at the end. Keep in mind forex trends ( the big ones) last for months or years and if you caught just 50% of them, you would make a lot of money.

As you can gather forex trading with the above tips is all about taking risks – not being rash but taking calculated risks at the right time when the odds are in your favour.

Forex trading involves risk – learn to love it not be frightened of it and forex trading success can be yours.

What Simple Things Can I Do To Improve Car Performance?

20 December 2009 | 4 Comments » | admin

I am used to having a 4 squirrel Hyundai Elantra. Now I am stepping up to a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe V6. I am wondering what I can add to the car that doesn’t require advanced automotive knowledge to make it perform better?
I was planning on getting a K&G filter as one thing, because I love those filters. But is there anything else I can do? Whether it is installing some devices, adding a different type of liquid into something, etc? Just any tips at all would be great.
THANKS!

Simple Steps To Keeping Your Chainsaw Parts Working Longer And Safer!

15 December 2009 | No Comments » | admin

Chainsaw parts can often present problems in respect to finding the right parts when they need to be replaced and many times, woodcutters can incur unnecessary espense by simply going out and buying a new chainsaw.

Preserving chainsaw parts comes down to good maintenance practices; maintaining and looking after your saw on a regular basis will ensure the vital components are preserved longer and will give you greater service. Ignore general maintenance and it not only becomes expensive and frustrating but safety issues can come into play.

When purchasing a chainsaw, it’s good practice to buy from a dealer which provides back up service and parts. For example, buying a Stihl saw from a Stihl dealer means specialist parts shouldn’t be a problem when they’re needed and the same goes for Husqvarna, Echo, Poulan and so on.

Dissecting a chainsaw’s parts means concentrating on a dozen or so aspects of a machine which combine to produce the overall work output. These are some of the parts which you need to pay special attention to during a chainsaw’s life.

- Chain catcher…this is a safety part which protects the user from being injured by a renegade saw chain.

- Anti-vibration… vibration can cause undue stress to a user’s arms and joints. Anti-vibration systems absorb much of the vibration output ensuring smoother handling.

- Chain brake… kickback is a common concern with chainsaw use and causes many accidents. The chain brake was introduced during the mid 90’s as a way of putting an effective stop to the chain if kickback occurs.

- Muffler… noise has always been associated with chainsaw use and the muffler assists in alleviating part of this problem by absorbing a good part of the noise thus having less impact on a users hearing.

Flywheel… this part has a two-pronged benefit as it not only controls the speed of the engine but also has coolant qualities. While powerful, chainsaws are not excessively big machines but produce enormous amounts of power. Heating could be a problem however, flywheels reduce a lot of the heat stress.

Other chainsaw parts include the clutch, decompression valves and throttle valves which all have an important part in the performance of the machine.

Maintenance of chainsaw parts should be done on a regular basis. Sharpening of a dull chain, checking the fuel system and making sure it’s clear of unwanted contaminants, checking the chain system for correct tension, air filters, spark plugs and making sure the muffler is clean and undamaged on a regular basis will all help to preserve the vital parts of a chainsaw.

Don’t forget, maintenance of chainsaw parts is not just about checking them regularly. When your machine is not in use, storage is also an important factor. If your machine is in limbo for any length of time, you’ll need to perform tasks such as draining the fuel tank as well as from the carby line and draining the machine’s oil. There are other areas you need to pay attention to which should be listed in your chainsaw service guide. The saw itself you be stored away from the elements.
